“FIVE STAR WITHOUT A DOUBT”

Looking for a last minute short break we stumbled upon this little gem of a guest house situated just a couple of minutes from the beach and the promenade.

Excellent

					  Highly recommended   - Stayed recently for a short break with my wife where we found everything to be excellent. The owners, Martin and Nia, are perfect hosts providing you with information and assistance... read more from the moment you arrive. We had a spacious double room which had everything that we needed. 



The breakfasts were superb with a cold buffet to start which included a range of cereals, fresh fruit and yogurt. This was followed by a wide choice of cooked items including bacon, eggs sausages, mushrooms. etc.  



Nothing was too much trouble -  overall outstanding.

					  Friendly,  spacious and minutes from the beach   - What lovely friendly hosts. A beautiful house minutes from the beach. The room was spotless and there was plenty of storage space.  Breakfast was tasty and the dining room... read more was light and airy and you could see the sea.

We were allowed to use the lounge to meet with family staying nearby, which was an added bonus

					  Lovely stay in July, will definitely return.   - Just realised I hadn't left a well deserved 5 star review following our stay 23 July!

Our hosts, Martin and Nia did everything to make this a great, relaxing stay,... read more despite being a last minute booking and just the one, smaller room being available. This was absolutely fine for us, very quiet location as well.

The full English breakfast we enjoyed included excellent quality local bacon and sausage (cooked to perfection) and local fine quality bread, together with speciality jam and marmalade.

More than enough to set us up for the day.

A very well cared for late Victorian building, but fitted with mod cons in bedroom and an excellent dining room.

The give away to age of building was the large entrance door with flagstone.

Situated near the top of a hill on Cliff Rd and opposite the putting green, not too far to walk to the Railway station, with the Poppy Line being one of our reasons to visit.

A big thank you to Martin and Nia for accomodating us for our stay in Sheringham. 

We look forward to a return next year.

Looking for a last minute two night short stay we stumbled upon this little gem of a place.It is a magnificent old victorian house with all the original features including creaking floor boards.The location could not have been better,just a two minute walk to the beach and prom.and just on the doorstep there is access to the coastal walk which takes you up and over the Beeston Bump.ideal for walking off the huge breakfast that is served.We were in a small but cosy room on the second floor with a sea view,i think it used to be the servants quarters.The room decor was  immaculate and my wifes in built  dust detector could not find a single speck.Tea/coffee making facilities were provided,there was a TV,hair dryer,body wash/soap,fluffy towels,plenty of storage and comfy bed.The breakfast served 08:15 to:09:15 was superb.Help yourselves to orange/apple juice,fresh fruit,yoghurt,cereals,tea/coffee.Then tuck in to the freshly cooked breakfast.Eggs are cooked to your preference and then you get the full monty,bacon,sausage,beans,mushrooms,fresh grilled tomatoes,fried bread and toast.If you are still not quite satiated you can top up with toast and a big variety of speads.jams,marmalades,honey,marmite etc.The hosts Nia and Martin are always in attendance offering top ups for tea and toast.This breakfast certainly keeps you going until your evening meal.I would strongly recommend Camberley House if you want a 5* experience in a peaceful quiet location.Nia and Martin are the ideal hosts who are available to offer any help or advice during your stay
